In this course, students will learn the basic concepts associated with video production. Including but not limited to: camera skills, video editing, media analysis, and cinematography. Students will work individually and in groups to write, shoot, and edit their own projects. Students will complete projects during this semester course based on class interest, but will also include work such as the School Video Announcements Channel. Other projects may include: commercials, short films, and music videos. Selected videos are screened during class throughout the semester to enhance the critique process. Students will work with the following software on desktop computers: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
