The Ferndale Area School District provides each student their individual login at the start of the school year. If you do not know your username and password, please contact the Technology Department.

If you do not have an Access ID and Password for your student(s), please contact the Ferndale Area School District Technology Department to request access. Please use the following form to submit your request: 

PowerSchool Parent Portal Help Request Form

If you were already given an Access ID and Access Password for your student(s), you can sign up for a Parent Portal Account by following the steps below.

1. Click the following link to access our PowerSchool Parent Portal

2. Click the tab labeled, "Create Account"

3. Click the "Create Account" button

4. Enter your information to create your Parent Account.

5. To Link Students to your Account, enter the Student Name, Access ID, and Access Password you were given for that student by the school district, and your Relationship to the student.

*Note: This form allows you to link up multiple students to your account. If you need to link more than seven students, please contact the Technology Department

If you already have a PowerSchool Parent Account and know your username and password, you can log in via the PowerSchool Parent Portal Link provided here.

I forgot my PowerSchool Parent Portal Username:

If you forgot your Parent Portal username or password, click the "Forgot Username or Password?" link at the bottom of the sign in screen.

I forgot my PowerSchool Parent Portal Password:

To recover your Parent Portal Password, you must know your Parent Portal Username and Parent Email Address associated with your PowerSchool Parent Account. If you enter this information correctly, you will receive an email from PowerSchool with a link to reset your password. Remember to check your Spam folder as sometimes emails will do there.
